Bob Martin has over 22 years of coaching experience at the high school and college level combined. He has served on staff as a Junior Varsity and Varsity Assistant coach at successful programs throughout the state of Indiana such as: Muncie Burris, Concord, Indianapolis Roncalli, Elkhart Memorial and Hamilton High School. As the Boys Head Varsity Basketball Coach at Hamilton, Martin guided a losing team to the best record it has seen in 16 years as well as helping the team record the best defensive average over the past 25 years.

In 2005 Coach Martin relocated to Brunswick, Georgia where he served as the Freshman, Junior Varsity and Varsity Assistant boys basketball coach at Glynn Academy. Bob helped the Red Terrors capture three region titles and reach the final 8 and sweet 16 in the state tournament.

At the collegiate level, Bob served as Men's Assistant Basketball Coach at the College of Coastal Georgia in Brunswick, GA from 2008-2012 and Women's Assistant Coach at the College of Coastal Georgia during the 2012-13 season.  As an assistant at CCGA, Bob helped guide the Lady Mariners to a top 15 national ranking, a 15-0 start to the season and the College of Coastal Georgia's best win/loss record in the history of the school.  On the men's side, Bob helped the Mariners transition from a JUCO to a four year NAIA DI program in the Southern States Conference.

Coach Martin continues to work along-side NBA players and coaches as well as several college and university coaches while instructing at elite basketball camps throughout the country. Bob is also the founder of Arete Basketball LLC, a developmental basketball program that works with individuals at all age and ability levels.

Bob is married to Shawn Martin. Together they have three children Isaac (14), Bella (12) and Jamin (10).
